  • We set the supplier on audit action from the main audit record. We also updated the email template condition for the template (Audit Item Assigned).

  • Audit: Add Supplier - We will add the supplier dropdown on audit add/edit UI. We will also add to filter, print report. We will also send an audit email to supplier if it is selected

  • We found that one email (Audit Created) is already sent when a new audit created. So, we will use that same email template and will send an email to the supplier if it is selected

  • Audit Action - You will create a new page for audit action. You will set this new page only for suppliers. We will just place a supplier condition. So, logged-in suppliers will see only his assigned audit’s action.
