Warehouse and Transportation Special Package (Sample)

 

 

The following package is offered to IWLA  and TWA member warehouses and transportation companies who would like to create and implement a quality management system for the first time and would prefer a one-on-one personal approach throughout the process. This package is by far the most quick and easy method to becoming ISO 9001:2008 certified!

 

The Package includes a One Week Visit to your facility to:

 

  • Create all the necessary procedures and work instructions and load them into CIS Software;

 

  • Provide an Executive Overview of ISO 9001:2008 and CIS Software to Executive Management;

 

  • Provide an Internal Auditor Training to three selected internal auditors;

 

  • Provide a CIS training to all managers and Supervisors including implementation  guidance;

 

  • Provide a Root Cause Analysis and Preventive Action Seminar to all managers who will work on quality improvement;

 

  • Provide hands-on training to applicable supervisors to ensure implementation and        use of the CIS System is clear;

 

Review implemented system before leaving and recommend any further improvement;

 

This package will have you up and running by the end of the week and you will be ready for an ISO 9001:2008 audit 2-months later.

CIS Software is a licensed SaaS software and there is a low monthly fee that includes support, document storage and all revisions and upgrades.
